DePaul Part-Time MBA is listed at TOP 6 ! |
These ratings and rankings can vary from year to year, of course, and we never know how we will show up. There also is a lot of subjectivity involved. However, since we have been in the Top 10 every one of the last 13 years, we do feel that this long term recognition is very clear evidence of the high respect in which our program is held by our peer institutions. I am happy to share this great news with you!

An Opportunity to Soar: Poly Trustees approve NYU merger |
On Thursday, March 6, Poly's Board of Trustees voted to approve the Definitive Agreement to merge with New York University with the long-range goal of Poly becoming a school of engineering and technology of NYU.
"With more than a supermajority, the Board approved the agreement and we couldn't be more pleased," said Chairman Craig Matthews who announced the decision at a university Town Hall. "This momentous affiliation will make New York a leading technological center for innovation, entrepreneurship and economic growth."
University President Jerry M. Hultin described the merger as "a perfect fit between two great universities" and as "an opportunity for Poly to soar." He stressed that the transformation would require effort, saying that "business as usual won't make us the best Poly we can be."
Strengthening the school's curriculum and increasing cross-disciplinary research and degrees are among the many planned efforts to elevate the school to a top-tier technology and engineering institution where students learn how to compete in the 21st-century global economy.
Last week, NYU's Board voted to allow President John Sexton and the Board's Chair, Martin Lipton, to sign the merger agreement once it was finalized.
The next step is review by New York State regulatory agencies which is anticipated to happen in May or June.
