Master of Science in Human Resources Management

The Goals:

  The M.S. in HR is designed to enable students to enter or advance in their HR (or related) field. It is also meant to prepare them to sit for the Society of Human Resource Management's certification exam. The program develops knowledge and skills in:
  • Core HR functions of strategic HR, staffing, development, and compensation
  • HR-related areas such as managing change, negotiation skills, and psychology
  • Core business functions or core public administration functions

Characteristics:

  2. Kellstadt Graduate School of Business was ranked as 70th in USA. Resource: U.S. News & World Report in 2006.
  3. DePaul University was accredited by the AACSB (The Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business).
  4. DePaul University has cooperated with Taiwan Sustainable Development Institute, for those students who complete the program from DePaul, they will acquire both certificates of Master of Finance from DePaul Campus directly and "Advanced International Business Management" from TRDI.
  5. 2/3 of the program will be taught by the professor from campus in USA, another 1/3 of the program will be taught by outstanding professor in Taiwan. Not only students can practice their English communication, but also they can absorb acknowledge and experience from international doctoral professor.
